We rounded off week four of this latest Epilepsy Futures group with a trip to our friends at Project Ability for some creative fun and relaxation.
Our tutor Iona helped us to select an image which could then be stenciled onto a plain white plate using carbon paper. We had Linda from Group 1 on hand as a peer mentor to offer help and encouragement.
These were then painted and allowed to dry using a very paint splattered old hairdryer
Judging by the smiling faces, it was a couple of hours very well spent…
