During the first months of the pandemic we offered counselling by  video or phone for the first time to a handful of people with epilepsy. This proved popular. Working with our partners at Lanarkshire Epilepsy and Quarriers Epilepsy Outreach, and with funding from the Scottish Government’s Neurological Care and Support Framework for Action, we ran a pilot project to see if a dedicated remote counselling service for people in different parts of Scotland could work. It went well, and we learned a lot. Read our report to find out more.
